Harvesting Harmony
"A Gastronomic Affair Cultivating Conscious Cuisine"
was a prestigious private culinary event at the esteemed James Beard House in New York City.
The event featured a ten-course meal showcasing sustainable foods and practices. Top Chef Jerry McDonald as well as nine additional chefs from the Research Chef Association featured their courses and drink pairings to CEOs, trailblazers in the food industry, and family members during an unforgettable evening in a historic venue
